Our main line was clogged. Technician was unable to access drain plugs under the house. While trying to open a plug, a pipe was damaged, which I only learned of after he left. The only option provided was to install a new drain plug outside the house for $1600. I contacted another company and had the clog removed for $100 by simply routing the snake through the toilet. Technician was a nice guy though.
