Purchased AMS Intercooler and Y Pipe System for my 911 Turbo. The Porsche dealer determined that the Carbon Fiber was faulty/weak at the flange that resulted in 2 pin hole leaks that caused the vehicle not to run. $815 afterwards from a 2 hour tow bill and cost associated with Porsche removing and reinstalling a new Y Pipe AMS declined to reimburse for those charges, however they did provide a replacement Y Pipe. I didn’t know much about tuning, and heard too many horror stories. He explained everything in detail and left me feeling really happy about the whole experience. 10/10 👍👍👍
Best quality and service!
I shipped my car to and from AMS to get various parts installed (from subframe bushing collars to unreleased fuel system components) and also dyno tuning. I have been incredibly impressed with their professionalism, their speed, and their handling of the car. I was informed every step of the way and I can’t tell you how much I smile knowing I can drive and enjoy the car without the same worries I used to have. It also feels great to leave hellcats in the dust!
2 months and still waiting for my alpha 9 tune. TY almost never answer back our log or our mails. They don’t care and the most funny it’s already fully paid. They fabricate pièce of art but when it’s paid .... wait after us.... too busy to promote the big gamer. Whatever. Thank guys. I’ll ride my gtr next years !!!
Every now and then you come across a shop where it’s a 1 stop for all your needs and the customer service is through the roof. AMS is that shop for me. From their mechanics and techs to the front office staff. Everyone is involved till the customer is satisfied. I’m more than grateful for the services AMS has to offer.
Bought the STX300 package for my 2014 Evolution 10 MR. Working with Kyle in sales, who relays to the tuneris very effective and rewarding. Any issue I've had (very small), I've logged and they've responded very quickly with a file update. Not quite complete purely due to weather and safety for doing road-dyno pulls but I have to say this experience really wins me over with AMS's service.
