Very frustrating, I've been waiting to settle my case since last year. I have to constantly call to get updates since my case worker and representative never have bothered reaching out to me for updates. And to find out over a month ago my case was supposed to settle til I call today for update and it states that they are still waiting for bills that I don't even have.
