DIANA at the front desk COMPLETEY LIED to everyone she works with. I went to this location for some paperwork I needed signed. She LIED to her co workers, said I was being loud, belligerent, swearing and demanding things. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. we had a very professional conversation! I'm not sure why, on gods green earth, she would say anything other than that. It just baffles me to no end. So...when I get in front of my pcp, she was upset with me, threatening to discharge me! I scheduled an appointment to get a new primary care doctor and a tetanus shot. Ten minutes before the appointment they decided to call and notify me that doctor wasn't there. I needed a new primary care doctor to refill my prescriptions and a tetanus shot, because I'll be leaving in nine days for College and the University requires it. Luckily five star urgent care was able to help.
I use walk-in care , they are always very accommodating, professional, service is usually with-in 15 -20 minutes if you need quick care with out an Emergency Room this is the place to go
