I'm not very happy. I received no renewal information about my Auto Insurance. I asked via e-Mail where and how much I had to pay. Result: NO ANSWER. After that I had to pay $300 more. Answer from a Supervisor: NO REFUND. Sorry but this is a bad customer service! I don't like it anymore.
