That Dr. Ammonia was out at my facility recently. Funny, friendly and very knowledgeable guy! I had questions about my own unit at home and he put me on the right track, even offered to walk me through the problem over the phone. I hope you have more great technicians like that!
Horrible drivers. Tailgated me in traffic on a highway then almost hit me when I was getting over.
almost ran me off the road. It going about 100 mph up 94, tailgating within two feet of people and driving recklessly. Company needs to put GPS trackers in their vehicles.
