Everything went smoothly when our AC went out as far as communication, response time, and repair. However, even after leaving a signed blank check for them to take when the job was done and telling them about it several times they did not take the check. I was working a 60 hour week (12 hours a day) just to start getting messages that they wanted paid immediately. Was made to feel like I was somehow trying to stiff them.
