My water heater decided to die and leak everywhere - on a Saturday evening no less. Scott came over after hours and checked it out and emptied the water heater to stop the leaking. A few days later, the install took about half a day (since I decided tankless there was more drilling and mounting). AMS also worked with me on a no interest payment plan directly to them, which was helpful and a relief since it was an unwanted surprise.
Have nothing but respect for AMS, the staff is very friendly, extremely efficient. Took the time to listen to my concerns and didn’t pressure me into anything. Also quick to respond and get the job done. Highly recommended
I don’t often write reviews, but when I come across a team that genuinely stands out, it feels important to take the time and this was definitely one of those times.
