I have never been to this dealership, I have only shopped online from their website. I send an email and most of the time a woman by the name of Lily replies. She always answers all of my questions, with good news and sometimes bad news. For example, out of stock on something, or we don't have that size in stock. But, you will always get a response back from the good folks at AMS Ducati. Hands down the best Ducati service in country.
Purchase a 2019 Ducati monster 797 from here I've had the bike for now going on 6 1/2 years as it’s 2026 now. So far the bike has been a blast to ride. I have 10,000 miles on it right now. Only issue I have with it, or have ever had with it is my back brake seems to randomly lose pressure and I have to keep bleeding it. But other than that love the motorcycle, and I love the experience when I purchased it from AMS Ducati!
