I recently ordered several parts from AMS Ducati and couldn't be happier with the experience. The parts arrived quickly (even though I'm in Quebec, Canada), were packaged extremely well and everything was in perfect condition when it arrived. With the parts, I was able to remove the rear seat pegs and install the DucaBike Clear Clutch mod. Excellent service, fast shipping and a smooth transaction from start to finish. I'll definitely be ordering from AMS Ducati again.
Ms. Lily has an awesome customer service skills. I had a wonderful time with her today over the phone from the Houston area. And she knows about bikes.
