I recently ordered several parts from AMS Ducati and couldn't be happier with the experience. The parts arrived quickly (even though I'm in Quebec, Canada), were packaged extremely well and everything was in perfect condition when it arrived. With the parts, I was able to remove the rear seat pegs and install the DucaBike Clear Clutch mod. Excellent service, fast shipping and a smooth transaction from start to finish. I'll definitely be ordering from AMS Ducati again.
Ms. Lily has an awesome customer service skills. I had a wonderful time with her today over the phone from the Houston area. And she knows about bikes. If she is any indication of your of service I look forward to bringing one of Ducatis to service dept in the future. Happy 100 anniversary Ducati and have an awesome weekend fellow Ducati amigos.
I just finished a interaction with Lily at AMS Ducati: Dallas. She was very professional, helpful, and clearly knows how to provide excellent customer service. I value friendly and helpful interactions when I order parts and look for help to solve issues. After being a customer for 12 years, purchasing an 848Evo, 1198SP, Pani V4S and recently a Pani V4SP2 (a little over $100k in business) this will no longer be my goto place for bikes. My recent V4SP2 preowned bike was purchased a couple months ago without AMS having possession of the title from the previous owner. (Every bike I’ve traded to them they have asked me for the title before closing the deal).
