Good part selection and bikes, but worst online support! I wrote them around 6 times about my part I ordered, a very expensive part and got no replies. They said it would arrive in around 7 days 16 days later still no word. I called them and only got voicemail and left messages, no reply. I did finally get through and was told they had too many emails to answer them all and that they had too many spam calls to answer their voice mails? I ordered a helmet online, and didn't order it directly from Ducati because AMS seemed to have it in stock and could ship it next day. They processed my payment immediately, only to send me an email the next day telling me the helmet was actually not in stock (their website isn't connected to their actual inventory) and wouldn't be sent out for 5-7 business days.
