My 93 y/o grandmom has been seeing Dr Collins for at least a decade. He listens during visits, and makes logical recommendations based upon his many years of expertise. Grandmom may not do cartwheels tomorrow, but she’s been given more time over the years because of this doctor. She had sick sinus syndrome a few years ago and her heart was stopping for seconds at a time to the point where she was transferred to ICU and needed a pacer placed right away. Nothing to say except that AMS hits the highest levels of professionalism on all levels. From the intake people to the technicians to Dr. Vashmy to the out take folks. As an official senior, it’s not a place I want to have to go, but if I must, it’s the best as can be.
The one star is for Jude, Joan, and Shannon in nursing dept. They helped me navigate the worst communication experience I have ever had with a medical facility. Steer clear. Trying to get clearance for surgery was hoop jumping at it’s finest- terrible. Dr. Nair was not helpful.
