I shot ams for the last few season no major problems untill the last season I had with them kept having my line knot up on me in the bottle and when I shoot it almost yanks the bow out of my hands becuase it gets stopped by the knot. Switching to muzzy this year but I keep my ams for back ups

Ordered 3 small parts and got raped for $17 on shipping and it didn't even come with the parts that it was listed with! And they didn't even want to help me! Could of spent another 20 and got the whole reel!
I love the customer service I received when I called about breaking a part for my special ops bowfishing light. Not only did you send me a upgraded part but it was sent with 2 day shipping. Outstanding work AMS!!!
Love their products, I have the Swamp-It bow and pro retriever reel kit, I love this set up. Also have the original reel on my wifes bow/back up bow. Only got out twice last year it was very sad but this bow performs. It has enough power to get the larger bottle upgrade and try some long shots. Going to do that upgrade soon.
