AMS lost the work order for my engine and heads for two weeks. I went in to check up on my stuff and drop off more parts for cleaning{hot tank ect.} and measurements AMS said "O you're the one with the (eng.) we were wondering whos eng that was. i was called two weeks later and told the parts are ready, but the block wasn't.
