A ZERO if I could. I’m writing to express my ongoing frustration with the experience I’ve had dealing with this HOA. Communication has been extremely difficult—reaching someone is nearly impossible, and when I finally do get through, I’m transferred from one representative to another with no resolution, which wastes a significant amount of my time.
