We had very bad experience with this company, especially the technician ("Mike") he is so rude and inpatient to his customer. He doesn't even allow us to check his work before we pay the money. Very unprofessional! We wish we had never used them before.

Awesome Service – Just wanted to let other folks in need of good old fashioned service to call AMS Appliance. I came home from vaction to find my refrigerator had died and everything melted. called around at 9:30 in the evening and the best I could get was 3 days from now (most didn't answer the phone or had to leave a message only) - Found AMS Appliance number from my neighbor who has used them for 18+ years and called them at 11pm.
