Great roofing company, Mike came out to my house the day after Hurricane Milton and got our paperwork prepared so we could get the claim started ASAP w/ our homeowners insurance company. Roof was replaced by AM Roofing in one day and it looks fantastic !!! Highly recommend AM Roofing
No show for an appointment. Not reliable. I called and made an appointment for a Friday for my rental property. I told my tenant. I called to confirm that morning and the girl that answered said Oh yes, let me call him to see how far away he was to getting there. She never called back. I called several time and texted several times with no response. I understand if you have to cancel or don't even want to do it, but to ghost someone in a business is beyond unprofessional.
I dealt with Bryan after Hurricane Ian, and he was excellent to deal with - on the ball, quick to respond and resolve things, did a quality job in the time where nobody could get anything done. I would hire him hands down anytime again - high chance I will need him this year yet!
Tried to schedule with them to get a quote for a roof repair. They scheduled with me twice and nobody showed up twice. I get out of my way to be home and ready and nobody comes. Not a good sign of a serious business.
