I received an engagement ring with a uniquely shaped band and wanted a little more sparkle in addition to wanting my wedding band to sit flush against my engagement ring band. I arranged an appointment with Tom and brought in a sketch of what I wanted and he was excited and open with what would be possible and the logistics of everything. It was a fantastic experience and I will be back any time I’d like more jewelry .

Excellent customer service. Above and beyond in inspection of my rings! Replaced the battery in my watch that I have had for years. Polite and respectful. Also beautifully wrapped a gift I had purchased.

Tom took a ring I no longer wear and made it into a beautiful pendant! He has many beautiful pieces in his shop at many different price levels. I’m looking forward to shopping with him again.

The staff are always professional and courteous. I took my engagement ring there for a custom upgrade and resizing. The salesman was pleasant in helping me through the process. I recently I had 2 rings resized and both ladies who helped me were lovely. We have also purchased jewelry at one of their sale events and were offered good pricing. I would recommend this place over any other jewelry shop.

Excellent jewelry repair. My college class ring had a chip in the Onyx stone and AmRhein’s repaired and restored what was irreplaceable to me.
