I asked for my rings to be cleaned. Jackie came out with them and examined them under the jeweler’s microscope. She discovered my eternity ring had several loose stones!!! That was scary, but if she’d just cleaned them, I would never have known! Thanks for going through more than cleaning. My eternity ring is good for another 30+ years!
