VERY dissatisfied with my experience. Take your business elsewhere to avoid something similar happening. I had 4 of my rings cleaned, resized, and the stones checked. One band had a very small sapphire on the inside. I was told that after resizing it might not fit anymore, which I was fine with. 1 hour after picking up my rings (after paying a lot of money for those services mind you) the sapphire was noticeably not in the ring. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. My jewelry was cleaned while I waited and repairs were quick and priced reasonably. I recommend AmRhein's wholeheartedly for all of your jewelry needs.
