Hyatt Inclusive is essentially Apple Vacations — so I am sharing this review here, because Hyatt is equally responsible. After the resort we were due to stay at later this month was closed down due to Hurricane Melissa, Apple's team has repeatedly — for months now — misrepresented our rights and attempted to pressure us into accepting travel credits. That is both unacceptable and unlawful. FACTS (all documented): 1. Secrets Wild Orchid Montego Bay has cancelled all upcoming stays due to Hurricane Melissa and has publicly ann... read more

How far the Hyatt brand has fallen…Dreams Macao Beach/Punta Cana was a depressing and costly mistake. From the confusing 3rd party search results to book the trip to being HELD AT CHECK IN to hear the “time share” pitch, it was the beginning of a nightmare. (1) Non-stop, annoying solicitations (aided by deliberate obfuscation from Hyatt between hotel staff/approved vendors/free lancers who roam the property) selling overpriced activities on behalf of third parties, the experiences of which are far below the Hyatt standard. DO NOT USE THIS BRAND! The don't support their employees, customers or sales department. They are only out to take your money. I am a travel agent that became a master agent after going through their certification program. I recommended them as a preferred brand to clients. After digging deeper into them, they have a -D rating at t... read more

Out of service to say the least. Short handed and terrible service. Brought my family and rented 3 rooms in VIP and spent upwards of $15000 for my kids birthday vacation. 1st of all they will extort you for bottle service at dinner to get a table at all restaurants. This is not a professional organization at all. Please do not get taken like I did and waste your money here .

I can't recommend booking through AmResorts at this time. We had a variety of confusing situations due to how they are setup. We booked an excursions through the resort's website. It was cancelled due to weather. They did not immediately refund the money. When you arrive onsite, the onsite staff for AmStar say that they can't really help much because it was booked online. They said it can take up to 20 days to get a refund. This was for a cancellation due to weather. It should be refunded automatically, the customer should n... read more
