I am very disappointed with the front desk management at this office. I called for my scheduled appointment at the same day, only to be told by the receptionist that I did not have an appointment. Two weeks later, I received a 'no-show' bill. Furthermore, for a subsequent appointment today, I received no confirmation, and the office is now trying to charge me a second no-show fee despite never confirming the time with me.
