From start to finish it was a quick and easy experience from management to installation. The stair lift was installed within just a few days. I highly recommend Amramp.
installation was quick and thorough. Unfortunately my mother in law died 2 days later, so we did not have the opportunity to use it very much. The disassembly was also quick and on time.
when you are working on intense deadlines, it is critical to have excellent communication. Amramp bailed us out of a potentially disasterous situation. We were turned down by DCA (NJ) for a lift for our event at American Dream Mall. We had to scramble for a company willing to a) rent us a short term ADA ramp (1 week) b) work with the house architect to make sure that what we were building would pass specs.
