This Peter is a national fraud! The is a worst lawyer I have ever seen. He does not take anything seriously. He lies, he promises 30% of settlement but he takes 80%. Trash is what I would describe him. Pls pls do not go to this law firm!!!!!
I was an assistant at AMR for 1 year. Worst year in my employment history. I worked on Peter Kazdan's team. He was rude, swore at his staff (making us cry), he would regularly slam his door, and was very unapproachable. The admin staff that actually keeps AMR afloat is not recognized by the head partners. It's all about dockets and pushing work. HR lady is rude and gossips with the senior staff. That place is a revolving door with toxic staff. Go elsewhere for employment and legal services.
The legal team working on my case are amazing people. Although I have no past experience to compare this to, I have found the individuals to be compassionate and tolerant of my antics. Distress can make anyone irritable. The paralegal and lawyer working on my case have been wonderful every time I let my stress take over. Truly caring team that prove true to their values. Don't forget to treat the paralegal on your case with respect, and gratitude.
