We would love to see Dr. El-Shafei, he says he’s accepting new patients but unfortunately the decision has been made to take away our right to choose our own doctor. After an ER visit and several follow ups we made the decision that the doctor treating my husband wasn’t the right fit…no transferring doctors allowed. A decision they have made on patients behalf. We will be using our rights to choose our own doctors at another hospital and network. Unbelievable…we do still live in America.
We've waited a year for my wife's procedure to be scheduled and done. We had it set up to do after we met her deductible with her monthly chemo treatments. We missed going out of state for Christmas and now the morning of her surgery, with five days left in this calendar year, we get a call saying something came up and he won't work today? Really? After all of the waiting? Pitiful service!!!
He has done procedures on my mother, my dad , and my sister. He is always researching, studying & doing new procedures . Excellent cardiologists!!!
