The actual ambulance ride for my husband was fine. No complaints. Since then, we are horrified by the company’s billing and customer service. First - my husband was NOT EKG monitored, nor were his BP and heart rate monitored during the trip. We have been billed for both of these services and customer service for this issue has been disinterested. Second - this company’s on-line bill pay is a joke.
