These guys are unbelievable. Normally and ambulance ride from our house (9 tens of a mile) to the hospital is about $1100 they are charging $2450. We will never use them again

I am a disabled man who has lots of learning disabilities, and they would not allow my caretaker to come along in the ambulance. I\n Told them my situation that I had no ride there or ride back. And they still would not let him come.
Billed me before they even tried to bill my insurance company, said it was their mistake but after reading the reviews clearly this is standard business for them. What a scam. It’s pitiful what our country has come to. Life is hard enough people don’t need to deal with being scammed and taken advantage of after being in the hospital. Get it together AMR
