While we had no choice in what provider, I am extremely dissatisfied. They did not bill my insurance and we had to pay the entire bill. When they finally billed the insurance, they held my refund hostage. I have called every week for six weeks, and it is the same story - the refund is pending, we do not know when the funds will be released. They threaten you to get your money, but they do not release funds back. My FSA expires 12/31/25 and if the funds are released after that date, I will probably lose them. I was transported yesterday to Pomona Valley by AMR and this is the second time in two months that they have had to come out to help me. I can't remember the gentleman's name that helped me in December, but what a comforting experience that was. Yesterday I was taken also and Randy Kagle my paramedic was a fountain of information and comfort as well. I don't remember the name of gentleman that was working with him. He was the driver.
