Very disappointed in the professionalism. There emt employee by the name of Alysha was assisting me and meanwhile she was flirting with my husband right infront of me. She even asked him for his phone number meanwhile she should have been assisting me and my health. This company needs to be more specific on who they are hiring to serve our community.
Dispatch is horrible. I was taken by ambulance to a hospital, and the ambulance workers accidentally left some of my property on the ambulance. Not a big deal, right? WRONG! I called AMR to notify them of the forgotten property and the dispatch asked me why I didn’t ask the ambulance workers for all my property. Really?! They told me they would collect all my things and bring them with me to the hospital, I did not know that it became my responsibility to ensure that they gave me all my things. I don’t get why everyone is trashing the emts or the paramedics… you’re life is in their hands and if you’re angry enough to type congrats they kept you from dying be thankful they went to get you and take you to the hospital… and to add on it sounds like yall are unsatisfied with the hospitals you got checked into so why trash on AMR…
Trespassing on private property and napping, instead of working. Totally oblivious to the security cameras. Absolutely ludicrous!
While we had no choice in what provider, I am extremely dissatisfied. They did not bill my insurance and we had to pay the entire bill. When they finally billed the insurance, they held my refund hostage. I have called every week for six weeks, and it is the same story - the refund is pending, we do not know when the funds will be released. They threaten you to get your money, but they do not release funds back. My FSA expires 12/31/25 and if the funds are released after that date, I will probably lose them.
