Charged $200 to do a diagnostic and still don't have a fixture that is working. Complete rip off.
Mason was wonderful! He arrived early and did the troubleshooting - making sure we were not looking at damage from wildlife - which has happened in the past. I think the worst part for him was having to shimmy into the crawl space above the carport to check for damage. Lol. He assessed and discovered the problem and was fast and efficient, which made the cost very reasonable. I WILL be calling Ampt for any future electrical needs... and hope they don't have to shimmy into that crawl space again ... great job, Mason! :)
Have used them in the past and will use them again in the future. Always very responsive and easy to work with. Pricing is very competitive. They have always done a really good job, nice and neat. I wish more contractors were this easy to work with.

They responded quickly to the voice mail that I left to schedule my appointment. Then the day before the appointment they gave me a one hour window for when they would arrive, and early on the morning they were scheduled they gave me a 10 minute window for when they would arrive. They were accurate in both cases predicting their arrival time, and were professional in assessing my needs and quickly gave me an estimate to complete the work.
