I had a frustrating experience with AMPS LAW related to responsiveness and handling of my landlord-tenant case. I emailed the firm describing my landlord-tenant issue and was instructed to call back in a week. I called three times and left voicemails requesting a callback; I did not receive a callback. If you're just busy, just say we cannot take your case and I can call another law office. Don't just make me wait a week and not answer.
They are representing a big rental company, and must not really care about people. If they knew the whole story about a lawsuit they would not be representing Greystar Leasing.
