I purchased a home with a 50 year roof they installed 4 years ago. I had to have it completely replaced due to poor installation. I had to replace 17 sheets of plywood from all the leaks it had. Shingle were installed incorrectly, exposed nails, missing flashing, etc. They lied to me about the warranty from Owen Corning that this home didn’t qualify for when I contacted Owen Corning. Leo was a dream to work with, we looked at a lot of roofers before landing here. After our research we found our key metrics came down to: reliability of the roof, few if any reviews mentioning change orders increasing cost, and responsiveness of the representative. Great company to work with. Skylight and roof replaced in less than 1day. Economical. Wonderful 50 year warranty. 3 separate crew members walked my yard 3 separate times to be sure all trash and nails were cleaned up before leaving.
