The technician,Phil, was very knowledgeable and able to quickly identify the problem.He also ensured to teach me and my husband the basics of our unit and how to identify any foreseeable problems that might arise.
The technician Travis performed a full system check up to make sure our system was ready for the summer heat. Inside and outside units were checked and cleaned. Travis washed the outside unit coil, he extracted some residual condensate line contents and showed a lot of attention to detail overall. Travis then adjusted the inside segment of the condensate line to improve draining. Ampmor and the team who work there continue to provide great service for our home.
The crew that worked in my home were wonderful. Showed up on time, were respectful, worked diligently, cleaned up like they hadn’t even been there & kept me informed of their progress. I had a great experience & highly recommend Ampmor to anyone who needs HVAC work done in their home

Max came for first maintenance on new HVAC. He was on time and very courteous. He was thorough and communicated throughout the process. He helped me figure out what size filters the house needed and even pointed out a hidden one next to the furnace!
