I had a horrible experience here. I made an appointment, yet I wasn’t taken in until 15 minutes later. Once they started removing my gel polish, it became clear that the salon was poorly managed and overbooked. More customers kept coming in, and the entire experience felt rushed. It seemed like because I wasn’t a regular customer, the nail technician wanted to finish with me as quickly as possible to accommodate someone who walked in. worst experience. the technician was rushing so she could get to the next customer on time even though i made a reservation. my nail fold bled for hours and was swollen for days cause she was rushing. never going back.
I recently went to AMPM Nails for a manicure, and I had such an amazing experience. The owner, Anna, is incredibly experienced, friendly, and truly pays attention to every little detail. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and making sure her clients are happy. My nails came out beautiful.
