The lady that helped me today evening, was so rude. She greeted the person in front of me and didn’t say anything to me. Rolled her eyes at me. I hope you read this. You are aweful!
Went In last night purchased 4 iteams. Employee was happy because had ID ready, and stated he was relieved that had id out without asking. Yes I should have payed more attention and put loyalty number in. I got in my car and noticed I did not. Came back in and asked if I was able to redo transaction to save $5. No was the answer. I'm glad he was happy with id being ready. Wish he would have asked if I had loyalty number though. Funny at times make job easier for people but don't get the love back. Lesson learned!
