This place has tons of expired products. On top of that, prices on the package are colored in with black marker then charged to another price.
Guys at the register are super rude. I made an accidental purchase and he refused to allow me to return it. The product was completely unopened and I just stepped out.
I use AMPM quite often and both clerk's needed to have some customer service training . They were very unprofessional. I don't know how customer service could go out the window so quickly. The cashier wanted to argue . And both clerk's couldn't get one answer straight about maintenance on your restrooms . I was very disappointed . Ur clerk's need to have some ppl skills . I have never been so disrespected at any store other than this ampm. The workers tonight would not sell me a pack of cigarettes because I wouldn’t tell them which Marlboro I wanted , as I told them Marlboro 100 s red. And all they kept saying is which one. To my understanding they only have 1 Marlboro 100. They have light 100 , Marlboro red, Marlboro 100 special blend. And so on. The workers are lazy , slow & rude as hell.
