I went in to pay for gas at pump 11, but the employee put the money on pump 7 instead. Someone else took the gas, and then the employee blamed me for “saying 7” when I clearly said 11. They refused to refund me, so I had to pay a second time just to get gas. Very unprofessional and unfair—it was their mistake, not mine.
Very nice guys work here. No complaint here!
Not COVID friendly. Night operator doesn’t wear a mask and approaches customers without one. Better off going to one of the other nearby gas stations.
Irma and Sally by far have the best customer service. They make me feel welcome every single time I walk in! The store is always clean, and organized. Everything is always fully stocked. Prices are good, but seriously, Irma and Sally make this the best AMPM that I have ever gone to. Thank you guys!
