at least pump 11 is broken, maybe more. tried to use card, chip tap reader doesn't work, I insert card, tells me to go inside. I go inside and pay, just for the buttons to pick gas type to bot work, gas won't pump, etc, and then i have to go inside multiple times and force them to cancel the transaction and refund it. they told me go back outside, hit the cancel button, the button doesn't work. don't use pump 11 and go somewhere else completely if possible.
