Restrooms was dirty, HAD NO TOILET PAPER, HAD TO GET KEY YO GET IN.
Just made a fast restroom stop. Key to use restroom. It was dirty and had no toilet paper. My visit was at 1pm so perhaps they hadnt made time to clean from lunch rush.
Horrible customer service. We were filling up with gas and asked to use the restroom. They have 2 public restrooms btw. The man behind the counter said the were occupied and no key was needed, so my wife sat there and waited. About five minutes later an employee comes from behind the counter and proceeds to go into one of the public restrooms with a key. So I went back to the counter and asked again for a key and the employee said "oh we just use that one for employees only". Wow So 30 minutes later no one came out of the re... read more
The guy working the crash is amazing, he has an afro and always does a great job. He deserves some recognition and a raise!
