Came in on December 1, 2023 at 6pm the little man working the cash register was exceedingly rude to me and made me feel uncomfortable. I recently had a miscarriage and wanted to purchase my drink in peace, but he was asking me a bunch of rude questions and harrassed me. Stared at me asking me rude questions. Don’t come here
The woman who works behind the the counter in the early mornings is ridiculously rude and disrespectful and I need to know how to file a complaint on her, she needs to be fired immediately!!
They’ve bad customer service.
Just happened a few minutes ago… Horrible customer service and very rude lady at the cash register. I attempted to redeem a scratcher prize (breakfast croissant). The lady didn’t redeem after I she scanned bar code on mobile phone. She attempted to charge me for the croissant, I asked if she is charging me for the croissant? The employee stated “it’s not free”, I told the employee I don’t want the croissant. Lady stated “if it’s not free you don’t eat”? “Are you not hungry? Since it’s not free you won’t eat.” I was offended ... read more
I usually like the ampm Arco. But this one is very run down not well kept up. I had an encounter with the manager lady. She thought I was trying to steal a Big Gulp LOL. Then she started cussing me out in Spanish. Screaming as if I was robbing the place. Would not recommend going there a lot of miscellaneous people hanging around too.
