no refills 99 cents or otherwise at this location. i came in with my thermos mug and the guy wanted to charge me for 2 XX Large cups = $7.98 So i went back and grabbed one and popped my thermos lid to dump it in. It was an icee i had to help by scooping it out with my fingers and of course there were no napkins anywhere in the store or a sink. it almost filled the cup, so i went to fill the cup the rest of way and the guy said "Ma'am you already poured the drink you HAVE to pay for it."
