I had a terrible experience at this AMPM location. I went in for some snacks and a drink, but when I needed help with their outdated payment system (which doesn’t accept tap), the man behind the counter—an older gentleman—was incredibly rude. Instead of assisting me, he gave me attitude and told me not to come back. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning to this location.

Great customer service and friendly staff
Filled up my vehicle. Went inside and asked to use the restroom. It was 11:30 PM on Tuesday May 21st 2024. The absolutely horrible employee told me he was out of toilet paper. This is an ARCO AM PM WITH A CONVENIENCE STORE on Alicia parkway in MissionViejo. There was toilet paper in the store. I let him know it was urgent and I would make do. I had kleenex in my hand bag. Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Customer Service Experience Dear [Manager/Supervisor], This place will charge you $0.35 just for using your debit card also the individual will refuse to run as credit even if you ask them politely too run as credit they will say “oh sorry my boss told me to do this” “I’m just following what my boss tells me to do” etc….. The Guy that does this works Tuesdays at night shift all throughout till the morning shift picks up he is a short dark haired guy that usually wears his hair back anyways... read more
