Worked with a therapist who claimed to be understanding of chronic illness and made arrangements for making it work just to end my sessions because of my chronic illness. Would not recommend to anyone.

I've had good therapists from Amplify, but I need to get a new one. But I can't, because they literally haven't answered or returned my calls in over a month.

Dont get me wrong, they hook you up with amazing therapists, and therapy there has worked WONDERS for me. The only issue is there are a lot of phone tag issues here. You set up a new client intake appointment online by filling out their form or scheduling a phone call, but the front desk never contacts you during the scheduled time or at all. I filled out two forms and several weeks later set up a phone appointment before i was finally contacted. My girlfriend scheduled a phone call appointment twice and was never contacted.... read more

I’ve never left a review on any business, especially not a negative review, but here we are. This therapy practice was extremely unprofessional with their communication. After sending them my intake information (personal info like address, SSN, medical history, etc) they stopped answering my calls or emails for 3 weeks!! I left 5 voicemails and 6 emails over that time. Absolutely no response. I work in cyber security, I was really concerned that my information had been stolen.
