Had to wait 1 month and half my new moulds and when I received them they were unsuitable because the audiologist made the impressions wrong. Had to re-book in the following 2 weeks due to Xmas holidays. Felt very disappointed again. :(
I am not really used to leaving any bad reviews, but I do not have any choices this time. 1 month and a half ago, I have applied a specific order for a pair of molds (necessary to wear my hearing aids properly), because my current ones were worn & the left side started to partially crack. I would like to underline that this kind of service to replace old molds takes on average 2 /maximum 3 weeks. I’m from the UK and when travelling in Australia my hearing aids started to fail. I popped into Subiaco and I couldn’t have asked for a better service. My hearing aids work so much better so, a huge thanks to the staff there from both me and my long suffering husband
