I appreciate very much the care and service I receive from the Strathpine Amplifon centre
As I spent nearly $5000 in 2018 thereabouts on top grade hearing aides up until today I had no issues until I had my aides in for repair a 5th or 6th time over this period. It was under 12 months since the last repair so I took them back to Paul for repair. He stated they would still be under guarantee from the last repair. I went to pick them up today after 4 weeks away and he said I owe him $490 I nearly fainted. They have messed the appointment time even after sending reminders. Having to come from work specially for the appointment had to wait an hour than the originally appointment and even after technician was not helpful to complete the test.
