Incredibly professional staff, receptionist (didn’t catch your name sorry) was lovely and so helpful in the phone and in person! Cherry was very professional and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend.

While the appointment itself was straightforward, I left feeling a bit dismissed. The staff member conducting the test came across as condescending, almost like it was silly for me to even be there. It made the whole experience feel uncomfortable and left me questioning whether my concerns were taken seriously. I think everyone deserves to feel heard and respected—especially in a setting like this.
Audiology assessment was fine, ahead of appointment time even, however Amplifon would not provide a copy of own report compiled for, and paid for, by DVA. Unprecedented as every other medical service will provide a copy of a report to the Veteran for their advocate. Shame Amplifon making life for veterans harder.
Amplifon in South Yarra are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I’ve been doing Security work for the last 21 years this October. Now I’m 41yrs old over time I’ve noticed the hearing in my left ear was not as good as my right due to always having my radio earpiece in my right ear, which left my left ear open more to the extreme loud noises & music even with an ear plug in.
