Very helpful staff. I had a Bluetooth connection issue with my hearing aids and phone. Dropped into this office and the lady fixed the problem. No charge.good customer service thanks
After having my hearing test wednesday afternoon, and calling yesterday to see if I could come in to get hearing aids sorted ,. All been sorted now , so all good.
walked in the door l said hello. Person at counter couldn't even look up more interested with what she was fiddling with. No greeting , no smile, just a sour look asking "how can l help" If that's your initial contact with customers it won't be long before you change your business name AGAIN and open somewhere else. What a contrast to your ad on tv.
I have attempted twice to book an appointment and both times went to a messaging service, it’s been two weeks now and no call back, clearly they don’t check their messages, what else do they neglect?
