Jonathan the audiologist is the first person who I have met who does hearing aids and cares about their problems and does his best make them happy. I have met a lot of hearing clinics and none have given me the care that I have received from him. I believe Amplifon should be proud of employing him at the Northcote clinic. My wife and I thank you for being able to worry and care for us.
My experience with Amplifon Northcote was extremely disappointing. The focus seemed far more on pushing expensive hearing aids than on providing genuine care or advice. After the free hearing assessment, the consultant moved almost immediately into a high‑pressure sales pitch for the most expensive device in their range, complete with a “20% off if you buy right now” tactic. Belinda, at Norhcote Plaza Amplifon, is always up to date with client's records, is always polite and friendly, a real asset for any business. Jonathon(Sp)?, audiologist, is amazing in the care he took over my hearing problems. One special ability he has, apart from totally understanding his profession is; he listens to the client.
