Wow... after visiting 2 other audiologists outside of mormington, we were really pleased to finally meet the amplifon mormington folks. i was so very impressed with the caring, friendly collaborative and expert team members.who assisted my mother at Amplifon today. I was booked in this morning for an appointment when I arrived apparently the person who was suppose to see me was sick, I understand that, however no phone call was made to let me know. Clearly not professional as they didn’t take the time to call other patients either to let them know before they came out.
Stanley fitted me in after lost one aid, gave me a great deal for a new pair as mine were at the end of life.Thank you.
