Reception lady is rude and whiney annoying voice. Been waiting for so long for mum's piece to return. I have been ringing all week, all day with no answer. When I finally got through, the staff said they been trying to ring me. Yeah, no. I have had no missed calls and I'm the one chasing them all week!!!!
