My sister was booked for an appointment. She travelled 50klms & waited 30minutes because they were at lunch & closed. When they opened their doors she advised the attendant of her appointment. He said the call centre in Melbourne had made a mistake with her appointment type & they couldn't see her - she'd have to make another appointment & come back!
