I got a hearing test at Amplifon Kilmore some time ago and was advised I needed hearing aids. After going through prices and types of devices, I told the tester I would think about it as the upper price was $10,000 dollars. When I said I needed to think about it, the lady became very insistent and tried a number of times to push me into an appointment within a couple of days. Spent heaps and purchased a couple of different units over the last few years... Constantly having problems getting the hearing aid to maintain charge... very frustrating as believe the staff are really trying to help but we do have to question the price and quality of the product...
Staff absolutely amazing. Especially lady at reception who went above and beyond for my nan, and that's every time we have an appointment or if we need to duck in quickly for anything. Keep up the great work and great customer service
First class experience here. Reception and hospitality is great. Examination of my hearing was superbly efficient. Prescribed and provided solution is first-class. Totally satisfied with everything done for me here.
