My first visit was not good as my ears were Itchy most of the time . Used a drop of oil helped a little. Stopped coming. 2 weeks ago desperate I went again. Wonderful young woman tested me shortened the wires no more pain . I’m wearing hearing aids all the time now . Great . I plan to give my neighbour the lady’s name . So happy Maura

Had the moulded ones in for 3days now and very happy with them.

I got a hearing test at Amplifon Kilmore some time ago and was advised I needed hearing aids. After going through prices and types of devices, I told the tester I would think about it as the upper price was $10,000 dollars. When I said I needed to think about it, the lady became very insistent and tried a number of times to push me into an appointment within a couple of days. Spent heaps and purchased a couple of different units over the last few years... Constantly having problems getting the hearing aid to maintain charge... very frustrating as believe the staff are really trying to help but we do have to question the price and quality of the product...
