I was very pleased with Marissa’s knowledge and expertise. She was very patient, and listened to my issues, and working together we were able to make my first choice of hearing aids work really well for me. I also really appreciated that my calls were answered and/or returned in good time.

I had an amazing experience working with Marissa. I brought my elderly grandmother in to purchase hearing aids, and Marissa went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and comfortable. She took the time to explain everything in detail, not only to me but also to my grandma, who has been struggling with hearing loss for a while.
