I came to this clinic with my mom for a hearing test and consultation for her first hearing aids. The technician Marissa who did our appointment with us was very kind and understanding. She did not rush us at all. Her attention to detail is exceptional and we were very impressed with the level of information given to us. The only reason for 4 stars is because of the front desk receptionist. I wanted to give even lower rating. She was quite rude and spoke with a poor non positive attitude towards us. I was very pleased with Marissa’s knowledge and expertise. She was very patient, and listened to my issues, and working together we were able to make my first choice of hearing aids work really well for me. I also really appreciated that my calls were answered and/or returned in good time.
I was greatly impressed by the exceptional service offered here. From scheduling to checkout, Dr. Marisa and Rehana are always friendly, organized, and extremely accommodating. Dr. Marissa always makes the time to explain my test results and answer all my questions.
