Very attentive staff
I highly recommend this Amplifon clinic. My Mom got hearing aids here last year, and our experience with Celine Lai (her audiologist/hearing specialist) has been next level - from the first consultation right through to the regular after-care check-ins and annual re-testing. I can not say enough about Celine. She is extremely professional and competent, and genuinely kind, caring and attentive. So often, senior citizens are treated abysmally by medical professionals. Great hearing clinic in York region, Jamie the clinic coordinator was friendly cheerful and Professional, nevertheless the expertise of Mr. Mike Foulis, HIS . This place is very neat. We visited yesterday with my wife May 27, 2025. Romeo and Elizabeth
I bought my hearing aids from this place and let me tell you they are the least accommodating when it comes to helping you. Jennifer never even bothered to take the time to set up my hearing aids after I got them. In Langley BC I never needed an appointment to have my hearing aid cleaned or the tubing changed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Find a place where they are more compassionate towards your hearing loss. I would give 0 stars if i could.
I love this place, the people who works her are all super friendly and nice. The reception lady and Dr Janifer are super professional and aways willing do arrangements for patients . Like it .
