Not helpful, gatekeep prices behind hearing test. I am an experienced hearing aid user who already has their prescription who calling around for prices. They are sketchy about upfront pricing I called to get the pricing of a specific unit. They refused to give me the price over the phone and said that I needed to have a hearing test before they could reveal price. I highly recommend this Amplifon clinic. My Mom got hearing aids here last year, and our experience with Celine Lai (her audiologist/hearing specialist) has been next level - from the first consultation right through to the regular after-care check-ins and annual re-testing. I can not say enough about Celine. She is extremely professional and competent, and genuinely kind, caring and attentive. So often, senior citizens are treated abysmally by medical professionals.
