Not helpful, gatekeep prices behind hearing test. I am an experienced hearing aid user who already has their prescription who calling around for prices. They are sketchy about upfront pricing I called to get the pricing of a specific unit. They refused to give me the price over the phone and said that I needed to have a hearing test before they could reveal price.
